Hello and Welcome to the website for Westmorland Transport Museum. The Website is about a Model train Layout based in the fictional Transport Museum called Westmorland near the town of Kendal in Cumbria.
The Layout started with a second hand R886 LMS Main Frieght bought from my Grandad in July/August 2000 although I am not sure as to an exact date. Much more track and trains followed in the following years to eventually lead to the current layout. The whole history of the Layout and more detailed information can be viewed here.
